Our Quality Promise
Where Craft Meets Commitment. Every Piece, A Standard of Trust.
At Pawansut Jewellers, quality isn’t a checkpoint — it’s the foundation of every piece we make.
Every product reflects the perfect balance between Indian craftsmanship and international standards. From the choice of metal to the final layer of polish, every step undergoes careful inspection.
We don’t produce jewellery in bulk; we create jewellery that lasts.
Slow, deliberate, and consistent, that’s our way of maintaining trust.

Base Metals: The Foundation of Our Craft
Every great piece begins with the right base. We use only the finest metals to ensure strength, shine, and longevity.
Copper
Copper is one of the oldest and most revered metals used in jewellery making. Known for its high malleability, natural lustre, and warm tone, it serves as an excellent base for gold or silver plating. Copper-based jewellery has a substantial, luxurious feel and allows for intricate designs that retain their detail even after finishing.
It also exhibits excellent conductivity and resistance to corrosion, which helps maintain the shine and durability of the plated layer over time. Copper is best suited for premium collections where craftsmanship and longevity are priorities.
Brass
An alloy of copper and zinc offers the perfect balance between strength, affordability, and beauty. Its golden hue gives it a natural resemblance to gold, making it ideal for designs that demand a bright, rich finish without compromising on budget.
Brass jewellery is lightweight yet sturdy, resistant to tarnish, and allows for high precision during casting or moulding. It is often preferred for statement pieces and mid-range jewellery collections that require both visual appeal and cost-effectiveness.
Alloy
Alloy, a carefully formulated mix of multiple metals, is valued for its versatility and cost-efficiency. It allows manufacturers to achieve specific properties such as increased hardness, reduced weight, or enhanced polish, depending on the jewellery’s intended use.
Alloy bases are particularly suited for fashion-forward designs and large-volume exports, where maintaining consistency and affordability is key. Despite being the most economical of the three, high-quality alloy bases used by Pawansut Jewellers ensure excellent plating adhesion and long-lasting finish.
Plating & Finish
Choose from our three refined finishes, each meticulously polished to maintain its shine and resist wear.
Every piece of jewellery by Pawansut Jewellers is finished with precision plating that enhances both its appearance and durability. We understand that plating is more than just a surface layer; it defines the tone, elegance, and lifespan of each design.
We offer three premium coating options, Gold, Rose Gold, and Oxidised, each chosen to suit different market preferences and regional aesthetics.
Gold Plating

Our gold plating gives the jewellery a classic and regal appearance, ideal for traditional markets and festive collections. The tone is carefully calibrated to balance richness and realism, ensuring the jewellery maintains its glow without appearing overly bright or artificial.
This coating is highly resistant to fading when handled and stored correctly, making it a preferred choice for premium retail and export buyers.
Oxidised Plating

Our oxidised coating is crafted for those who value artisanal texture and heritage aesthetics. It gives the jewellery an antique look, emphasising detail and craftsmanship — perfect for collections rooted in Indian, ethnic, or vintage-inspired themes.
Despite its rustic look, the coating is carefully treated to ensure consistency and resistance against surface dullness over time.
